Early days yet. I've had the treatment before and it worked for me. The staff are great and they take the time to talk to you and get to know you and how you are. Thank you to everyone for caring for about me.

Everything was explain to me, I am being treated with care and compassion. The staff are amazing and always ready to listen to me and support me through the treatment. Especially on bad days I have noticed that any member of staff, even if they don't know me, will spend time with me. I can't fault the staff in anyway they are brilliant.

Nothing can improve because my treatment has been a positive experience and I have been treated with care and compassion throughout. Aileen always has time to discuss any questions I have had and has been a fantastic support to me through some difficult times. She is always thinking of ways to help me going forward and is prompt with decisions and talking to the right people to help me. She is amazing and a real asset to the RTMS team. I can't thank her enough.

I was made to feel very important throughout every single treatment. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The nurses are all amazing ladies, very kind and considerate. Lovely place with good facilities. I honestly do not feel any improvement is needed in any area.
